Call for submissions!

In the past few week, not only have I heard the great story of Pentecost, but I’ve been seeing and hearing lots of wonderful stories of confirmations near and far.

And so it seems to me that it’s time to open up the blog to your reflections and insights. If you have recently been confirmed – or decided not to get confirmed – we would like to hear from you.

Feel free to write us a blog post of any length* on any of the following:

What did you get out of your confirmation experience? What was missing?
What did you learn from your mentors? Is there something you want to tell them?
What do you want to do now? What can the church do to support you?
What advice do you have for someone who is going to be in a confirmation program next year?
What advice do you have for the people leading confirmation programs?
What else would you like people to know about the confirmation process?

Or if you have another idea, you are welcome to submit it.

Please send your submission to info@confirmnotconform.com. We’ll post as many as we can throughout the summer.

*300-500 is about average, but you are welcome to write something shorter or longer.
