Time to evaluate

I'm sure many of you have finished your CnC program for the year. So, how did it go?

We here at CnC HQ would be delighted to get your feedback on what worked and what didn't when you ran your CnC program. We'll have an official-type evaluation that will be emailed to you as you reach the end of your subscription, but other feedback is welcome at any time.

But you also might want to take some time, either on your own or with the others who helped you with the program, to evaluate what worked and what didn't. I hope you will especially take time to celebrate the successes. If you worked in a group, consider having a party to celebrate what you accomplished and to decompress. If it was just you, be sure to take a moment to tell yourself you done good.

What kind of feedback did you get from all those who participated in the program? You might want to think about creating an evaluation for your church so that people can give their feedback anonymously. I recommend the website surveymonkey.com which allows you to create free online surveys that you can send out by email. A well-crafted survey will help you tremendously as you plan for future programs.

What did you learn from teaching or coordinating Confirm not Conform? Did you learn something about how you work with kids? Did you discover what kinds of activities are fun for you to teach? What kind of questions did it raise for you about your own spiritual life and development?

Above all, we hope that the experience of leading Confirm not Conform was fun for you: that you got as much as you gave and ended the year energized by the passion of your class, the Spirit of Life, and the love of God.

Blessings to you for all you do.
