...first all, I'm sorry to hear that! I heard from a person today who was having trouble buying the CnC Adult program at the add-on price through the website, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience! We thought it was all figured out.
OK, so what's supposed to happen is that, if you've already subscribed to CnC and want to get CnC Adult at the add-on price, you log in and the computer program knows that you're a customer and says, "Hey, good to see you!" in a warm and welcoming way. You say, "hey," back awkwardly because the program was being a little over-familiar and you're just here on business. So you go whistling over to the pricing page and click on the Average Sunday Attendance and it should automatically show the add-on option. Easy peasy.
But I gather that hasn't been happening. In that case, and I'm sorry to send you running around for this, but call the good folks at the Church Publishing ordering center where they are genuinely warm and welcoming and not in a pre-programmed way; their number is 1-800-242-1918.
